That's why we take the risks of overstitching lingerie, which many brands and shops do not do, not to mention the usual stores! But, if you incorrectly measured yourself or said not the right size, the right to retouch for you within 14 days of receipt in the hands of the underwear.

Return of the underwear is not subject to, firstly, you understand how intimate product you buy :), and secondly, in accordance with the laws of Ukraine underwear exchange and return is not subject to.

It did not fit sports clothes?

Returns may be issued within 14 calendar days after receipt of the parcel.

To make a return, please contact your manager to inform him about the return. All returns are subject to mandatory quality control: only returned items that are in good condition and without any signs of use (smell, wrinkles, stains, washing), and in their original packaging are accepted. We have the right not to accept returns on items that do not pass this inspection.

Be sure to give us your return postage receipts so we can track the package.

Shipping charges

If you find a defect on an item or the item did not arrive what you ordered (discrepancies in color, size, model), we will cover the shipping costs of the exchange/return at our expense.

If the exchange or return is not due to our fault, the shipping costs both ways are paid by the buyer.

Refunds

Funds are refunded to your bank card upon receipt and inspection of the package. If the item for return is in merchandise condition, funds will be refunded within 14 days.

But we can reassure you, the average refund period is usually 5 days.
