FAQ

How do I place an order on the website?

On the product page, choose your size and add it to the cart.
Go to checkout.
Enter your delivery details: first name, last name, phone, delivery address (Nova Poshta), choose a payment method and confirm the order.
Once the order is placed, we will contact you within 1-2 hours.
You can choose how we contact you when placing the order.
We pack your parcel right after payment, or start making your order if your size is not in stock (tailoring usually takes 3-5 days).

I have a question. How can I contact you?

How do I pay for my order?

Pay online right after placing the order, by card of any bank.
Or, for a pickup order, pay by bank transfer.
You can also pay cash on delivery with Nova Poshta (the recipient pays the transfer fee).

How do I choose my size?

It’s easy, there are a few options:

Your everyday lingerie or clothes have size labels on the back that you can use, e.g. 75B for lingerie, or s / m / l / xl / xxl for panties and clothes.
If you don’t know your size, use the size chart found under every product on our website.
If your sizes are non-standard, add your measurements to the order comment and we will take them into account when making your order.

How does delivery work?

We ship with Nova Poshta all over Ukraine, to a branch or by courier — whichever suits you best.

International orders are shipped by Ukrposhta (or Nova Poshta on request) with full prepayment only.

Can I return an item?

If the lingerie size doesn’t fit, we offer to replace it.

So if you measured yourself incorrectly or gave the wrong size, you can have it re-tailored within 14 days of receiving the lingerie. Lola Bra takes on all the risks of re-tailoring, because she is your cool friend and takes care of you.

For clothes and sportswear, we accept returns only of items in their original condition with no signs of use (smell, creases, stains, washing) and in the original packaging. We may refuse a return that does not pass this check.

Returns can be made within 14 calendar days of actually receiving the parcel!

Do you have gift certificates?

Of course! Our certificates are made as a small keepsake that is lovely to give. We can send the certificate by post or courier, or make it virtual! To order a certificate, go to Order a gift certificate.
