If the lingerie size doesn’t fit, we offer to replace it.
So if you measured yourself incorrectly or gave the wrong size, you can have it re-tailored within 14 days of receiving the lingerie. Lola Bra takes on all the risks of re-tailoring, because she is your cool friend and takes care of you.
For clothes and sportswear, we accept returns only of items in their original condition with no signs of use (smell, creases, stains, washing) and in the original packaging. We may refuse a return that does not pass this check.
Returns can be made within 14 calendar days of actually receiving the parcel!
